North Korea with Ballistic Missile. [april 11, 2013. CNN]
Quote: South Korean Unification Minister Ryoo Kihl-jae "South Korea has been living under such threats from the past, and we are always prepared for it," Its mean that since we are in fear already since a long time ago, but we are prepare now for whatever happening.
Summary: North Korea has a dramatic threat to the American and South Korea with the nuclear weapon. The nuclear weapon can cause a lot of damage to American and I think it can be a good way to evacuate the people so when its happen there will be less death. But i do think that our army is ready when the North Korea launching the missile. It discussed negatively because this can cause fear to the American and South Korea, which can cause to a chaotic or disaster to the city if the missile was launching into the American.
More: I want to know more about is what will happen next, what is our action, and our prediction that where the missile will hit. Website-http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/us/2013/04/03/tsr-foreman-korea-war-spider-marks.cnn#/video/us/2013/04/03/tsr-foreman-korea-war-spider-marks.cnn

    Hire Slowly and Hire Well
    Quote:
"While the economy as a whole remains slow-moving, 2013 is actually shaping up to be a year of growth, innovation and opportunity in the tech sector."
    Summary:
In general, this article talks about tips that help benefit employers and ways to decrease the chances of having to unemploye an employee. Employers have to know exactly what they are looking for. Listing job qualifications and skills is a great way to find what type of employee they are willing to hire.
    More:
I wish there was more data in how effective these techniques work.

A powerful earthquake has struck near
    Papua New Guinea.

    The United States Geological Survey
    said the shallow magnitude-6.8
    earthquake struck Wednesday morning
about 19 kilometers (11 miles) from the
    small northern town of Aitape.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center did
    not immediately issue any alerts.

Papua New Guinea is prone to seismic
upheaval due to its location on the
Pacific "Ring of Fire," an arc of
volcanoes and fault lines encircling the
    Pacific Basin.
